So apparently I haven't been on this site since 2003 and everyone has been all at my face with "You should SOSOSO get a dA!! Everyone would lap up your work!"
We will see how this turns out.

PVC Sewing tutorial
Would anyone be interested if I made a tutorial on how to sew and work with PVC? Just cause I get asked a lot of questions about how to work with it.
It would cover different types of PVC, 2-way vs 4-way stretch, how to layout pattern pieces without pinning, how to pin PVC without damaging it, laundering and caring for PVC and top stitching tricks. If I go through with this, is there anything else anyone would like to know about working with PVC?
Shameless self promotion
Hey you guys- hey.
Did you know that I cosplay? Come to my cosplay panel this Saturday at OtaFest Lite, appropriately titled "Creating Cosplay".
Held in the University of Calgary Science Theater 147 from 5:30PM-6:30PM.
Oh did I mention I'll be running it as TCC-tan? So come learn about what makes a good cosplay great from a (self proclaimed) hot stoner chick in panties.
I'm actually going to try to attain a goal here.
Sup dA? Long story short, ever since I left the I'm not at Ryerson anymore. I'm taking a year off to make money and sort out my ~*~issues~*~. I have no idea if fashion design is really my calling- like I love designing clothes and I love problem solving with the whole pattern making process but the culture of the program is just so... full of uber trendy automatons who have aspergers for fashion. WHICH IS COOL AND EVERYTHING, but honestly, I find it really draining because I'm an ~*~ar-tiste~*~ you guys.
Anyway, I'm currently considering what to do with my life. Some options:
- Go back to Ryerson. Finish my BoD in Fashion Design.
- Go back
